The Institute’s Young Heroes Award provides support, mentorship, training, and partnerships for young leaders featured in the book Stone Soup for a Sustainable World: Life-Changing Stories of Young Heroes to support and scale their efforts and help engage others to help rebuild the planet. Mitzi co-founded YACAP: a youth-led alliance of youth organizations, individuals & student councils working for immediate global action for the most impacted sectors of society.
